How long does my order take to ship?

The size of your order will determine how long it takes to ship. We will discuss the time frame you need your order in and whether or not that is something we are able to manage. For small to medium orders, it is subject to our workload at the moment, but we typically say give us a month to get it made. If we get it done early we will let you know and get them shipped early.

We are happy to offer pickup as an alternative to shipping. Please contact us before placing an order to discuss pickup options.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Please contact us before placing an order for international shipping. We will do our best to get you the items you want but we need to make sure we are able to ship them to you before you place the order.

What is your return policy? 

There are no returns on customized items. If there are any issues with the customization please contact us and we do our best to make it right.

At this time returns are only available on standard Fort Wayne Spacemen items and only for replacement items of same style. Items need to be in new and unworn condition.

Exceptions will be handled on an individual basis.
