When you place an order with us, we make your needs our top priority.

We will work with you to find the exact item you want. There are many options and we’re set up with multiple suppliers so we can find just about anything you’re wanting. Whether you’re wanting 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, a nice soft and comfortable blend. A big name brand or a more budget friendly option. We have access to a wide range of price points and multiple material options.

Then we work with you on the design. If you have a design already, perfect. If you need one, we can work with you on that. We will take your design and turn it into what we need to make your item. Whether it is already in a format we can use, turn it into a high resolution version that will make a high quality product, or simply changing the file type. We can handle that. But there is no need to worry, we wont make any changes to the design unless it is something we feel will enhance your product, and we will always communicate and send a proof for your approval before anything is finalized.

After we have the item you want made and the design you want on it, this is where we separate ourselves from the others. We work hard to make your product and make sure the final product meets our high standard of quality. Anything less, and it won’t leave our shop. We have remade shirts because of a small spot in the design that the customer didn’t see until we pointed it out. We still have those in our shop and delivered a perfect product to them.

Our quality is only one aspect of making the product. The other, just as important to us, is getting them delivered to you in a timely manner. If you need the product by a certain date, we will make sure the items are delivered on time. If you don’t have a specific date in mind, we will communicate what kind of time frame we need to deliver the finished product. We don’t want to call you and say we need more time, and we haven’t had to do that. We always give ourselves more time than necessary so we can handle any obstacles and still deliver a high quality product on time. And if we don’t have any obstacles that means you get your items faster.

Some places will stop there, but we have one last step in what we offer to customers. We know that as perfect as an item is in the shop, things happen. We stand behind our product. If there are any issues with the product, beyond normal wear and tear, we can remake it and get it delivered as quickly as possible.
